There A Delivery Charge?
Sometimes! We offer free delivery as often and
with as many products as possible. Some items
are subject to a subsidized delivery charge. To
view specific delivery charges click here. Alternatively
email info@interiordreams.co.uk and we will confirm
the cost of delivery. We try to have competitive
pricing at Castle Furnishings and have searched
far and wide for low postage costs.
When Can
I Expect My Order?
If your purchase is in stock you can expect your
order within 3 - 5 working days. Due to a high
volume of orders during July and over the Christmas
period delivery may take longer. Allow 6 - 10
weeks for larger items (UK) e.g. furniture, tables
and chairs. If an item you have ordered is not
in stock we will email you with an estimated delivery
date if this is unsuitable you may cancel your
order with immediate effect and no delivery fee
will be charged.
What If
My Delivery Contains Damaged Goods?
Breakages must be notified immediately upon receipt
(within 2 days), we may request a photograph or
return of goods to substantiate the claim. No
items may be returned to us without prior agreement.
They will then be replaced or refunded.
Do You
Deliver Outside The UK?
We are able to deliver to areas other than mainland
UK. Postage costs can be prohibitive when ordering
outside the UK and Ireland.

What if
I have a complaint?
At Interior Dreams we endeavor to make your shopping
experience straightforward, value for money and
enjoyable. In the unlikely event that you are
not satisfied with the service provided please

86763319. Problems will be dealt with in a prompt
and professional manner and will not affect your
statutory rights. Our aim is to acknowledge your
complaint within 48 hours and will seek to resolve
it quickly and efficiently.
Do you
pass customer details on to any third party
NO, we at Interior Dreams have a strict policy
with regards to customer details. Any information
provided from you to us will be kept confidential
and will not be passed onto third parties.
If I want
something that does not appear on your website
- can you get it?
We have twenty five years experience in the retail
business and continuously endeavor to source high
quality products to provide the best service possible
to our customers. If there is a brand or specific
product that is not in stock we will make every
effort to obtain it for you through our vast range
of contacts.
What is
the Warranty Policy at Interior Dreams?
All of our products come with a full manufacturer's
warranty. This warranty will be for at least one
year from the date of supply of the goods to you,
but any limitation on the warranty does not in
any way affect your statutory rights under the
Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) or otherwise.
Problems with items kept for over a year will
be dealt with on an individual basis and will
involve repair or partial refund in line with
the law.
Do you
offer a gift wrapping service?
YES, for the small fee of £1 per item we
can wrap your purchase. Ideal if you are getting
the purchase delivered to someone as a gift.
Do your
gift vouchers expire?
Gift vouchers expire one year from the date of
purchase, however if you do not wish to purchase
within the year they can be renewed within the
store.
Why is
there a charge for the dispatch of Gift Vouchers?
We feel that it would be irresponsible for us
to send Gift Vouchers through the post in the
normal fashion, and have taken the decision that
recorded delivery should always be implemented.
Therefore £1 acts as an insurance policy
to ensure that your voucher is not intercepted
and doesn't get into the wrong hands.
Tips From Interior Dreams
- When ordering large items
of furniture, before you confirm your order
make certain that the item of furniture will
fit into the designated area.
- Also ensure that the item
will fit through doorways and up stairs so delivery
will not be obstructed.
- If in doubt about any aspect
